We wake up wet from condensation. We have to dry everything in the sun. Don't get going until 9:30 I give some weight to YC. Feels like So many days by 10,000 mods.

We hike from evolution to Wanda Lake( named for John Muir's daughter). Difficult day all uphill. We'll do Muir Pass tomorrow.

With a burst of energy I decide to get night sky photos. It's the coldest night so far. As cold as the overnight hike we did with Terry from Granite Chief to Sugarbowl. YC blames this episode for my misery the next day.
